NSSF Waterfront

A comprehensive rehabilitation and extension of an eight-story building gutted by fire in August, 1995. This includes extended underground parking, new external walling (structural glazing), re-roofing, upgrading firefighting and escape facilities and introducing water features to elevate the surroundings.
